Eileen Ferry joined the Brown women's lacrosse program in the fall of 2019 and recently completed her first season with the Bears in 2020.

Prior to College Hill, Ferry spent 2019 as the head coach of Ursuline College, where the team amassed 128 goals in the season.

Ferry spent the 2017-18 season at Robert Morris as an assistant coach and the previous six years at Monmouth University as both a head coach and assistant coach. She was named the head coach in 2015 at Monmouth after spending four years as an assistant coach for the Hawks. In her first season as head coach, she led Monmouth to its first Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Championship game after finishing the season with a 12-9 record.

She finished with an 18-18 overall record as the head coach at Monmouth and had seven players earn all-conference honors and 22 named to the conference's academic honor roll. During her time as an assistant coach, she helped guide the Hawks to back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances in 2012 and 2013.

Prior to Monmouth, Ferry was a player-assistant coach at Rutgers after her playing career was cut short after her sophomore season. She graduated from Rutgers in 2011 with a degree in Exercise Science & Sports Studies.
