I started playing lacrosse for my town travel team when I was in second grade and it quickly became my favorite sport. I earned a spot on my high school varsity team as a freshman and started playing club lacrosse a year later. Although my sophomore year of high school lacrosse was cancelled, I started every game of my junior year. I also run varsity cross country (captain as a junior) and varsity indoor track (captain as a sophomore). My first two years of high school, I took almost all honors classes, including Honors Wind Ensemble (flute); as a junior, I took three AP classes (Biology, Language & Composition, and US History); as senior, I will take two AP classes (US Government and Comparative Government). I am a member of my school's Campus Ministry and participate in Model UN; I also volunteer as a LION Leader and with the Manna Meals program at my high school. I am part of the National Honors Society and my current GPA is 4.1. I also volunteer as a coach in my town's youth lacrosse program.
