Lacrosse is my passion! Hi I'm Elyssa Bower, a 2022 Defender at John Champe High School in Aldie Virginia and I play for 3d Lacrosse (Virginia) 2022, and 3d National 2022 Team. I have been a starter for John Champe Varsity lacrosse since 9th grade and I am a starting defender for 3d Lacrosse. This year I was named FIRST Team All District (6a- Cedar Run) and FIRST TEAM all County (AllLoCo). I am very comfortable playing all positions. I'm dedicated, committed, coachable, positive, a team-player, disciplined, relentless, and aggressive. I very comfortable using both of my hands.
I volunteer as a coach for Dulles South Youth Lacrosse, I manage the Varsity football team at John Champe High School, and during middle school I was the John Champe High School Varsity lacrosse manager. I am also a certified lacrosse official.
I love playing with new people and learning new things. I am very good at taking in criticism and opinions and using that to help fix my game not only for me, but for my team as well.
Academically and on the field, I am a dedicated hard worker and try to reach all of my goals and never give up!
