I started playing lacrosse in 4th grade- after competitively swimming since an early age. I fell in love with the sport. I stepped into play goalie in 5th grade and played year round, both youth and club lacrosse through Freshman year of HS where I played as the only goalie. In fall of 2018 I decided I wanted to try something different so I tried out and played JV HS field hockey to bring my conditioning level up on the field. Since then I have played every lacrosse position, playing 10th grade as a JV HS defender and since joining Madlax Club lacrosse in 2019 I have played middie and attack. In 11th grade (2020) I made the Varsity HS team and play attack. I have good knowledge of the game, positioning on the field and have attended camps and clinics to learn and improve my skills. I am looking at a small school setting in a rural area where I can focus on animal science and veterinary tech medicine, where hands-on learning is part of the degree program. I volunteer as an animal care taker at a farm near my home and love animals. I am taking a 2-year veterinary science program at my high school, and my academics are strong. My strengths include using both hands to shoot, strong shots with follow through, cutting, returning to position and adapting quickly on the field. I am a quick learner and continue to focus on working to improve my game and challenging myself to become an even stronger player.
