Emily Pasternak

NY: Hamburg

Profile
Pasternak is back coaching at Hilbert after having been with the college for 2.5 year prior (2017-2020).

Pasternak is no stranger to Hilbert College nor the local women's lacrosse scene. She has coached at various high school levels and gained valuable administrative experiences creating, organizing and running the Not-For-Profit Breaking Borders Lacrosse organization.

Emily is a great hire for Hilbert College and we are fortunate to have found her, said John Czarnecki, Director of Intercollegiate Athletics. During the interview process she showed passion and a drive to succeed as the Hawks next lacrosse coach, and I am confident that she can do it. Her previous and current positions within lacrosse have prepared her well to build upon the recent success the program has had, and I am looking forward to working with her to do just that.

The Hamburg native balanced her undergraduate academic requirements while serving as a head coach in the Empress Travel Club and in the WNY/ROC national Tournament team since 2016; as an assistant varsity coach at Williamsville North High School, and as the head junior varsity coach at Frontier High School since 2015.
