Recruit Profile
Always hardworking, passionate person and player, 2 sport-varsity athlete, a coachable, determined, respectful athlete, a team-player, and a leader on the field.

I started playing lacrosse when I was 7 years old for my township team, Horsham Girls Lacrosse Club. When I was 12 years old, I started playing club for the HEADstrong Philly Girls 2023 lacrosse team. Since then, I continued growing my game with HEADstrong, and loved working with my team and coaches to become the player I am today. I loved my experience at HEADstrong throughout the years; however, after this past summer I made the difficult decision to switch club teams and play for the Reign Elite 2023 team. It was a very hard decision, but I believe I made the right choice in order to continue to grow as a lacrosse player, and to prepare for this very important upcoming 2021-2022 season.

I play midfield and attack, but I am strong on defense as well. As a player, I am very comfortable dodging and finishing with both hands, have good footwork, and execute shots and passes well. I pride myself in my strong 1v1 defense and my ability to cause turnovers and interceptions in transition. I take the draw with both hands, and use my quick hands and feet when on the circle. I am an aggressive, determined, and hardworking student athlete, and always hustling on the field. I also pride myself in being coachable and a team-player; whatever is best for the team, I am always ready to step up and do what is needed.

I have been a starting midfielder for my high school Varsity team since my freshman year, and this past season was recognized as a member of the 2021 Montgomery County High School All-Area Lacrosse Team (Honorable Mention). Outside of lacrosse, I continue to possess the drive to be the best at anything I do. I play varsity soccer and have been a starter since Freshman year. In 2019, my high school Varsity soccer team won the PIAA State Championships and was a starter in the game.

In fall of 2019, I entered Lansdale Catholic where I was awarded the four-year Monsignor Schade Merit Scholarship. I have been taking all honors and AP courses, and I am ranked in the top 10% of my class.

Emily is the definition of committed. She puts in extra time before and after practice, on the weekends, and after school. Her hard work shows in every play on the draw, in the midfield and on defense. Her lax IQ and field vision is game changing, esp. in transition where she is patient, consistent and full of grit. She has aggressive 1v1 defense and quick slides. Emily has smooth stickhandling skills and is very dangerous in transition off the draw. She has great speed, footwork and athleticism that makes her a force on both sides of the field. But most of all, Emily is extremely coachable, dedicated, and hardworking. She’s a 2-sport varsity starter (as a freshman), involved in her high school, and is focused on her high academics. There is no doubt Emily will make an immediate impact to any program that picks her up. Just a wonderful person and player!
