Recruit Profile
coachable, team player, versatile, determined multi-sport athlete, aggressive, strong Lax IQ
I'm coachable, versatile, aggressive and an enthusiastic team player with high lacrosse IQ. When I walk on to the field, I know what my purpose is.
I started playing lacrosse in 6th grade as a midfielder for my hometown team. In 9th grade, my lacrosse coach suggested I try defense and I really developed a passion for the game. As a freshman I was a Varsity starter and played in both halves of 14 games of the 15 game season. On recommendation from my high school coach, I joined a summer club and played in a few tournament games. The more I played the more I was convinced I wanted to play at the collegiate level.
In addition to lacrosse, I've been a year-round competitive swimmer since I was 9 years old for the YMCA.
I'm currently playing lacrosse and swimming for both High School Varsity and Club teams, as well as playing in a winter 7v7 lacrosse league. I completed Chemistry Honors and US History I Honors. My Junior year will include US History II Honors, Physics Honors and Spanish IV Honors classes. I volunteer, work as a Lifeguard and swim instructor for the YMCA. I'm determined to continue playing lacrosse in college and am so excited for my upcoming Fall tournament season.
Through practice, hard work and dedication I'm confident I'd be an asset to any team.
