Erica Blubaugh joined the Williams College Women’s Lacrosse staff in August 2022.

Blubaugh comes to Williams after spending two years as the Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Juniata College. While at Juniata, Blubaugh was the Defensive Coordinator, leading the defensive unit to the least goals against in program history. She coached 5 All-Conference selections, and the 2021 Landmark Conference Rookie of the Year. She saw the 2022 squad to the best Landmark Conference record and best overall record in program history. Blubaugh was also a member of the 2022 Landmark Conference Coaching Staff of the Year.

Prior to Juniata, Blubaugh was the Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Chowan University. While at Chowan, she led recruiting efforts for the Hawks, implemented game strategies, and organized individual skill and conditioning sessions. Blubaugh also acted as the Head Coach of the Men’s and Women’s Cross-Country teams.

Blubaugh graduated from Bridgewater College with a Bachelors in English in 2018. As an Eagle, she was a two-time team captain. In her junior season, she helped the team reach the Old Dominion Athletic Conference playoffs for the first time in 12 years. The team had their best season in program history her senior year, climbing all the way to #19 in the national rankings. She was also a SAAC Representative during her time at Bridgewater.
