Director of Lacrosse Operations

Erin Misner, a 2017 graduate of Arcadia University, and a Game Day Manager for the Women's Professional Lacrosse League (WPLL), was named the Director of Lacrosse Operations for the Johns Hopkins women's lacrosse team in August 2019.

At the WPLL, Misner plans and executives game day operations on site, including managing the facilities coordinator, concourse crew and press box staff. She also served as an assistant coach for the Muhlenberg women's lacrosse team in 2019. Prior to joining the Mules' and WPLL staffs, she was an assistant coach for both the women's lacrosse and field hockey teams at Cortland State, helping both teams to SUNYAC titles and NCAA Tournament appearances.

A four-year starter and four-time all-conference selection at Arcadia, Misner finished her career ranked in the top-10 program history in draws (213), goals (153), points (193), caused turnovers (54) and assists (40). She was also a four-year member and two-year starter for the Knights' field hockey team. Misner was named Arcadia's nominee for the NCAA Woman of the Year in 2017. She earned her bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in sport management from Arcadia in 2018 and her master's in sport management from Cortland in 2018.
