Evan Lombardo

Profile
Evan Lombardo chose to stay at Lynchburg following his 2019 graduation and took a graduate assistant position on the Hornet men's lacrosse coaching staff.

One of the most prolific scorers in Lynchburg men's lacrosse history, Lombardo became the second player in program history to reach the 200-career-goal plateau and finished his career third on Lynchburg's all-time points list. In addition to his two honorable mention All-America honors from the USILA, he was a three-time All-South Region, VaSID All-State, and All-ODAC pick and represented the Hornets in the USILA Division III Senior All-Star Game in 2019. He was also a USILA Scholar All-American.

He graduated from Lynchburg with a degree in education and is pursuing a master's degree in educational leadership.

Lombardo is the third in his family to graduate from Lynchburg's men's lacrosse program and follow as a graduate assistant; older brothers Jon and Eric also played and served on staff.
