I started playing lacrosse in 2nd grade and started club in 6th grade. Through out all of middle school, my team and I went undefeated as well as winning our state tournament in 8th grade. Going from 8th grade into high school I decided to take my talents to a private school. As a freshman player on the JV team I was called upon to play up on the varsity level for several games . I continued to play varsity as a sophomore where my skill set help to win many games over the season. Over the years of competing in games and practices I consider myself a knowledgeable player of the game. This includes my lacrosse IQ being my best attribute which follows by being extremely coachable and being able to dodge from anywhere on the field using both hands. I feel my lacrosse knowledge has grown tremendously do to the wealth of experienced coaches over the years.
Outside of lacrosse, I participate in my schools ski club and then on the weekends I teach under privileged kids how to snowboard during the winter months. I also enjoy playing soccer recreationally, something I even played at a club level for many years only to give it up to focus on lacrosse as my primary sport and my academics. Being a lacrosse player is more then just playing the game, you must be a student of the game and learn every time you pick up a stick.
