I have played at all levels of lacrosse and love sharing my joy for the game with others. From state championship games in high school to national championship games in college, I have experienced success and failures throughout my career, but they have shaped my perspective and "Next Shot" mentality I share with my players. I am a Level 3 certified US Lacrosse Coach, an avid practitioner of yoga and meditation, and love learning new ways to elevate the goalie position. From visualization to juggling to command presence to jump rope to roller skating, there's many ways to get that "edge" and I hope to challenge and encourage my athletes to explore the next level of their potential.
