Hannah Young
Recruit Profile
A hardworking player who is coachable, a leader on and off the field, and a determined athlete with strong lax IQ
I started playing lacrosse in third grade. I was a starting varsity attack player my sophomore year with 19 goals and 22 assists in 14 games. In addition to my school team, I play lacrosse for Pittsburgh Premier Lacrosse Club (PPLC). I was formerly a gymnast and decided to wholly focus on lacrosse when I was 8. Along with playing for Pine-Richland, I volunteer coach for the Pine-Richland girls youth lacrosse teams. My preferred position is attack and I tend to lead our offensive sets due to my lacrosse IQ. I am comfortable as both a scorer and setting up teammates with assists. I also pride myself in my re-defend capabilities as well as transition capabilities to our offense.
