As a two-way midfielder at Lehigh, Lawrence won two Patriot League championships and made two NCAA tournament appearances, while winning 75% percent of their contests from 2012-14.

Prior to DeSales, Lawrence spent five years as the offensive coordinator at Southern Lehigh High School, coaching in four District 11 championships, taking home the district title in 2019. Lawrence mentored several all-area players during his time as a Spartan.

Lawrence works professionally in development and alumni relations within Lehigh University's athletic department.
