'22- McCallie School US Lacrosse Academic All-American 4.24 GPA; Head of Schools' List Lefty Close Defense; 2nd Team All-State; McCallie Def. MVP '21
My lacrosse experience began as a 7th grader. I have been a starting player since I joined my school's lacrosse team. I began playing club lacrosse with Gwinnett Thunder as a 9th grader. As a high school student, I have also started in every JV and club game and focus on playing to the best of my abilities so that my team benefits. This drive and determination allowed me to move up after the JV season and play 3 games on varsity at Close D freshman year. I am fast, agile, and my footwork allows me to prevent my man from scoring. I have recently been selected to participate on the LB3 Thunder All Star team in the 2019 Patriot Games tournament in Pennsylvania. My hard work is evident on and off the field. When I am not playing, practicing, or training, I enjoy reading and participating in discussion groups in my English and AP Human Geography classes. As a freshman, I took one AP class and three honors classes and maintained a 4.12 GPA. I am a member of National Junior Honor's Society, the Beta Club, and enjoy giving to others by participating in missions trips every year at my school. I enjoy being able to encourage and be encouraged as part of a team. I am known to be a positive leader and always provide encouragement to anyone I encounter. Playing lacrosse has been beneficial as it has taught me how to be more disciplined, patient, and a better leader.

Jason Breyo
Hayden is a great kid with a huge upside. Very coachable and has good naturals skills for his position. Can play LSM or close defense and still has a lot of growing to do.
