Hayley McCormick

Hayley McCormick joined first-year head coach Rachel Smith's staff as an assistant prior to the 2021 campaign.

McCormick was a standout at York College, captaining a perennial power that made three NCAA Elite Eight appearances during her time there and captured the Capital Athletic Conference crown in 2019. She was inducted into the COSMA honor society, recognizing exemplary Sport Management students, and received the college's DeMeester Academic Award for the four-year female student-athlete with the highest cumulative GPA. Majoring in Sport Management with minors in Spanish and Marketing, McCormick graduated with a 4.0 GPA.

McCormick brings a base of experience at the youth and high-school level, having spent three springs each as a volunteer with both Pomperaugh High School and Pomperaug Youth Lacrosse in Southbury, Connecticut. She was also a coach of Nor'easter Lacrosse Club in New Haven.

Starting in August 2019, McCormick completed a five-month internship in the Ticket & Fan Services department of the Philadelphia Eagles, working to ensure the best experience for event attendees and managing a high volume of season ticket accounts to service varying needs. While at York, she worked as a sport event attendant and as an intern with the athletic communications office.

A 2020 graduate of York, McCormick holds a certification as a personal trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She resides in Jeffersonville, Pennsylvania.
