Collier joined the Cornell women’s lacrosse coaching staff in 2018. He works primarily as the team’s strength and conditioning coach.

Collier is Director of Intercultural Life at Cornell.

Prior to his second stint on the Hilltop, Collier coached cornerbacks for one football season at St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minn. He also spent two seasons as assistant offensive coordinator with Concordia University in Ann Arbor, Minn.

Collier coached three seasons at Simpson College. While in Indianola, he was the jumps/sprinters coach for both men’s and women’s track & field teams, junior varsity head coach with the football program and the diversity recruiter for the athletic department.

Before joining the staff at Simpson, Collier coached defensive backs at Cornell College during the 2008 season. Prior to that, he was at Luther College as assistant coach for football and track & field.

Collier attended Luther, graduating with a degree in history in 2007. He played football two seasons in Decorah, splitting time at wide receiver and running back. Collier competed one season with the Norse track & field team.

Collier holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Concordia University (Ann Arbor).
