Recruit Profile
Hard worker in class and on the field. Coachable, physical, athletic, versatile, high lacrosse IQ. 3-sport athlete - varsity basketball and varsity track - but lacrosse is my passion.
I started playing lacrosse at age 5. Began in Philadelphia and then moved to Canada with my family at age 9. Played both box and field lacrosse for the Westmount Lynx, a club run by my father, for four years. Earned a spot on the Team Quebec when I was a Bantam. Returned to Philadelphia in the 8th grade and earned field lacrosse roster spots with Team 11 (Philadelphia) and Kings Lacrosse (eastern Massachusetts, AA team). Also made the NXT box lacrosse team for winter ball. Won NXT's Tony Resch Award in 2020 for the program's most coachable athlete.
I am an aggressive player with a strong will to compete. I play with high energy, always willing to do the little things -- fight for loose balls, ride, help teammates get open, etc. I dodge well from X and the wings, often times going straight to cage, other times seeing the field and setting up teammates to score. I have a strong step-down shot from both the left and right side. When I am not playing lacrosse, I run varsity track (200 meter and triple jump) and play varsity basketball. I also volunteer with Harlem Lacrosse, coaching and tutoring middle schoolers in North Philadelphia.
I am a strong student. I attend Germantown Friends School in Philadelphia, one of the top academic schools in the country, and have a 3.8 overall grade point average. In college, I am looking to challenge myself in the classroom and on the field.

Henry plays box with NXT. He is a smart, tough and hard nosed lacrosse player. He has a high lax IQ and makes plays consistently on both ends of the floor. I have also an impact player in the field game.
