Recruit Profile
Coachable, encouraging teammate , multi-sport athlete, determined, disciplined, dedicated varsity sophomore year, hardworking.

I started playing lacrosse when I was 13. Prior to lacrosse I had been doing Taekwondo for 10 years. Earned my 1st degree Black Belt at age 9. Then my 2nd degree Black Belt at age 15. I also did competitive team gymnastics for about 2 years. Freshman year I made the JV lacrosse team in the spring at my HS and played as a midfielder for the duration of the season. After the HS season I joined VA1 Girls Lacrosse club and started to inch over more to the defensive side of the game. My stick skills improved rapidly throughout the summer into the fall to where my HS varsity coach noticed the great improvement. Ive been recognized by many of my coaches from JV to indoor to club lacrosse in my ability to get ground balls and see up the field. I was awarded the Ground Ball Queen award from my indoor lacrosse coach for getting the most ground balls. I am now more comfortable with both my right and left hand and in my stick skills as they continue to get better. I made the varsity team for defense my sophomore year (One of only two sophomores and only five new varsity team additions for 2020) and played in both of the games that we had before the pandemic shut us down. Since then, I have been practicing lacrosse almost everyday to maintain my skills and improve. In school, my favorite class is Spanish. I will be taking Spanish 4 and AP Psychology my junior year.
