I started playing lacrosse when I was in 4th grade in youth programs at a nearby elementary school because my school did not have a program. In middle school, I played for my school, was named captain in 8th grade and I started playing club lacrosse. In 9th grade I made the varsity lax team, but my season was cancelled due to the pandemic. In 10th grade I was selected as a 2nd team All Star for midfield and ended the season with 27 goals and 5 assists. In 11th grade I was selected as a 2nd team All Star for midfield and ended the season with 37 goals and 9 assists. I have a fast, strong shot, I'm quick to recognize match-ups and my size and speed helps create scoring opportunities for my teammates. In addition to lax, I am very involved in different clubs and activities in my high school. I am a member of student council, National Honors Society, Science National Honors Society, Link Crew, SADD, Rec Basketball and the winter indoor soccer team. I strive for excellence in my academics, and I am currently taking BC Calculus, Duel E - History and English, and AP Chemistry. I have an unweighted 4.0 GPA and I am ranked 1st in my class out of 313 students. I scored a 1450 on my May SATS. Outside of school, I volunteer at the Science Factory and I am focused on a daily strength training routine at the gym.
