I am a coachable, team player with strong Lax IQ - disciplined, determined and aggressive. I am a Leader on and off the field.
I started playing lacrosse at the age of seven. I grew up playing Football, Basketball, and Lacrosse. In my freshman year, I was brought up to Varsity football from JV, and became a starting running back. I grew up in Central New York but I now live in North Carolina. Today, I exclusively play lacrosse year round. I play both attack and midfield for my High School, as well as my club team. I am right-handed and play equally as well with my left. I am a leader on and off the field and I am a well rounded B+ student who enjoys learning and challenging myself both on the field and in the classroom.

Ian Kennedy is a hard worker in the off-season field and strength & conditioning workouts. His LaxIQ shows in varying off-ball cuts, two-man game deceptive skills, and hard, allusive dodging to threaten the cage to score. He’s a great teammate and wants to produce for his team.
