I have been an athlete since the early age of 5. The first thing I tried was ballet, as a not-so-graceful ballerina, I quickly understood that I needed a higher action, more contact sport. After trying numerous sports, I found lacrosse in fifth grade and instantly fell in love. Lacrosse is my passion and I want to pursue it for as long as possible.

When it comes to lacrosse, I focus on continually becoming better at all aspects of the game including expanding my lacrosse IQ. Im an athletic versatile player that can step in and play wherever Im needed to support my team. On defense, I can consistently stop the ball both high and low, cause turnovers, get ground balls, and quickly clear/transition the ball to the offense. On the attack, I have strong dodging and cutting skills, enjoy setting my teammates up for the shot or taking it myself. On the circle, I can effectively gain draw controls and take the draw. I pride myself on my footwork, speed, strong stick skills, and endurance. I am committed to perfecting my stick skills and am comfortable using both my left and right hands.

In addition to developing as a lacrosse player, growing academically is important to me. I push myself to take courses that will best prepare me to succeed in college and beyond. Aside from electives, the classes I take are advanced, honors, and AP. My weighted GPA is 4.2 and my unweighted is 3.9. Im active in other activities than lacrosse. I play golf, run cross country, and Im the founder and president of the Harry Potter Society at my school, the historian for the Interest Review Club, and a Bright Futures volunteer. I was named to the all-academic team for the Seminole Athletic Conference for both golf and lacrosse.
