I had a fantastic spring lacrosse season, winning (among other awards) second team all conference for Essex County playing defense for my Glen Ridge High School team under the tutelage of coach Beth Larkin. I had an equally fantastic summer season playing defense and mid for my club team, BBL. This summer I had the chance to compete in the Under Armour 150 showcase and the Super Sophs showcase (see video below). I love the game of lacrosse because of the fast pace and the unlimited creativity one can pursue in a game or practice.

I’ve played soccer since I was 7 and swam on a club team since I was 6. I continued to swim for my club team for 6 years where I was able to compete in the Junior Olympics 3 years in a row. I am now one of the top swimmers on my high school swim team and won an honorable mention award for Essex County.

School is a priority for me, so I’ve learned to work just as hard off the field as on. Last year I made honor roll all four marking periods and this year I will be taking honors History and English along with volunteering for Girls Club and Sharing the Arts. Some of my college interests include Physical Therapy and Business.
