Jackson Davies
Recruit Profile
A highly-coachable and team-oriented midfielder with elite speed, vision, transition, and ground-ball skills. Shoots, passes, and clears with both hands.
I began playing lacrosse in 7th grade and progressed rapidly. The season after I first picked up a stick, I played summer ball for the CT Chargers and have been in love with the sport ever since. By my freshman year of high school, I was playing on the varsity team.
I pride myself on being an exceptionally hard worker, including in the off season at the wall and in the gym. I enjoy the physicality of lacrosse and work tirelessly to embody the spirit of a true two-way midfielder and consistently guard the opposing team's best player. I have the ability to create offense through speed and be a standout defensive player. I sincerely believe that lacrosse is a team game; what sets me apart is my ability to fit into and excel in whatever role the team needs.
When I am not playing lacrosse, I design sets for my school's drama productions, write and play music (guitar, drums, and vocals) and work as a landscaper during the summers. I also volunteer my time at the AMFAB Art Studio in Bridgeport, CT, stretching canvases and doing general maintenance for artists in residence. I am an honor student at Westminster School in Simsbury, CT.
I am passionate about the game of lacrosse and equally passionate about music, art, and world cultures. My goal is to compete at the highest level I can while simultaneously pursuing my other interests.

Jackson is the definition of an old school midfielder. He can run on the wings, get tough GBs, play hard-nosed defense and create offense both in transition and settled 6v6. Jackson is determined to be great and puts in the work to back it up. A true team leader.
