I am a dedicated and skilled multi-sport athlete with a primary passion for lacrosse. I have been playing the sport competitively since the age of eight, and I have been part of the premier club lacrosse program in my area (2Way) for the last five years. I have also played football and basketball competitively from a young age. As a freshman, I am currently on the high school junior varsity teams in all three sports. I put significant effort into excelling at all facets of lacrosse and am particularly strong in man-to-man defense. With a year-round schedule of practices, games and tournaments, I have developed a deep knowledge of and intuitive feel for the sport. My sharp game sense and desire to improve is driven by my love of the game. My coaches find me to be extremely receptive to their teaching and highly motivated, with a team-first attitude. Outside of athletics, being a productive member of my community is important to me. In school, I am enrolled in Honors Chemistry and Honors Geometry/Trigonometry. In the community, I volunteer with a program helping senior citizens in a local retirement home. I also volunteer to support food drives organized by my church and school. I believe being a well-rounded person has helped me develop into a well-rounded athlete.
