Jamie Lastner is one of the most coachable student-athletes that I have had the pleasure to work with in a long time. She truly is the perfect teammate. Her work ethic, positivity and selflessness set an incredible tone on and off the court for our entire basketball team.

Katie Marks
Jamie is an exceptional athlete and a dedicated team player. She has a quiet confidence that allows her to lead by example and a positive attitude that is contagious. Jamie's strengths on the basketball court include footwork, defense, and the ability to see and make the extra pass.

Katrina Ross
Jamie is the epitome of team player. Even through adversity, she stepped up and showed up to practices and games during COVID for our field hockey team and supported her teammates while rehabbing. Her athleticism and perseverance earned her a spot on the varsity field hockey team at NDP.

Joanna Lignelli
Jamie is the ULTIMATE team player! She is highly driven, kind, reliable, accountable, creative, the hardest worker, incredibly supportive, the best teammate and makes everyone around her better (including me!). Her footwork is exceptional. She is a ground ball machine. She will be a star at the next level!

Mac Ford
Jamie made the Varsity at Notre Dame Prep as a Sophomore. She has the speed and athleticism to play midfield and attack. She brings a great desire to work hard, improve at every practice, and is extremely coachable. She is a team player and her teammates love her.

Dan Hudson
To whom it may concern, I had the honor of coaching Jamie Lastner her freshman year at Notre Dame Prep, I hope to convey who Jamie is on and off the field. She has an exceptional motor, which she uses to her advantage in outworking her opponent when they tire. Her stick and vision of the field are far advanced for someone her age, a very strong defender who has an uncanny knack to anticipate what is to come next. This speaks to Jamie’s athleticism, I see her most days at school and her kindness and overwhelming joy make her even more desirable from a coaches perspective because that translates to the other athletes and inevitably raises the bar for everyone around her in a very subtle way. Any coach will be lucky to have such a driven and astute practitioner of the game. Should you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me at any time.
