Jayne Manzelli
Recruit Profile
Uses both hands, speed, quick change of directions, aggressive & tough player
Hi, my name is Jayne Manzelli I play for Mad Dog North Women's 2020, our team colors are black and red. I also play for my high school team at River Dell Regional High School. On my club team I am a midfielder, number 15, but for my high school team I played as an attacker and was a varsity starter my freshman year. I am a hardworking athlete all year around. I play soccer in the fall, track in the winter and then lacrosse in the spring and summer. This was my third year on varsity playing soccer, we made a run in counties winning the first round in PK's against Saddle River Day but making a short run losing to Holy Angles (AHA) in a close game. I am a dedicated athlete who will give you everything I have and play whatever position I am asked to play.
I love playing lacrosse because all around it is the best sport out there. I love the team effort it takes to put the ball in the back of the net, from the goalie all the way up. Not just one person can do all the work it takes a team and that’s why I love playing lacrosse. I want to play in college because I love the game and would work extremely hard every day not only for my coaches and teammates but to prove to myself I can make an impact. It has been a dream of mine to play college lacrosse for the longest time.
