Jeff Faulkner is entering his first year as Head Coach of the Women's Lacrosse program in 2022-23.

Faulkner most recently served as assistant women’s lacrosse coach at Hanover College in Hanover, Indiana. He also is the founder and U19 Head Coach for the Bluegrass Bandits in Lexington, Kentucky, having served in that position since 2015.

Faulkner coached the Woodford County boys program for three seasons (2017-2019), taking the boy’s team to new heights. He led them on their first-ever 10+ win season, along with setting numerous team records in terms of points scored, goals allowed, and players obtaining all state and state rank.

Faulkner has been the assistant coach/offensive coordinator for the girl’s program at Woodford County for the last two seasons and Henry Clay in 2017. Since becoming an assistant coach at Woodford they have had the highest-scoring offense in the state in 2018 and 2019 along with back-to-back state titles. He has also helped improve goalie play at both Henry Clay and Woodford. Both programs had a goalie in the top 5 in terms of save percentage.

Faulkner played defense for Asbury University in Wilmore, Kentucky. He was a starting defender for three years, along with being a two-time Team Captain. Prior to that, he played for Tates Creek High School where they won the State Championship in 2012.

Faulkner has bachelor's and master’s degrees from Southern New Hampshire University.
