Jenn Leahy enters her first season as an assistant with the women's lacrosse program in 2021.

Prior to her arrival on the Domain, Leahy was an assistant with the Ferrum College women's lacrosse program from 2019-20. Along with serving as the strength and conditioning coach and defensive coordinator with the program, she was also responsible for all aspects of recruiting for the Panthers.

She has also coached two lacrosse clubs and is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CPT).

Leahy was a four-year letterwinner at Berry College, playing as a defender for the Vikings women's lacrosse team from 2015-18. Playing in 63 career games, she finished with 122 ground balls, fourth-most in program history, and 60 caused turnovers, fifth-most. She was a two-time member of the SAA Academic Honor Roll. Additionally, she played two seasons with the women's soccer program.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Berry College in 2018 and a Master's Degree in Exercise and Nutrition from the University of Tampa in 2019.
