I've been playing lacrosse since 6th grade and I really love the sport! I started as a middie who took the draw, and I found that I like defending the most. I excel at man to man defense and rarely get beat. In my evaluation my club coach described me as a "shut down defender." I've learned a lot about the game through some great coaches I've had and I've really grown a lot as a player. This summer I made the All Star Team that competed in the Philly Summer Invitational in July, and we took second place. Last year my high school team was very competitive and won our division. As much as my passion is for lacrosse, I'm also the starting libero for my high school varsity volleyball team. I'm not sure exactly what I want to study in college, possibly law, but I'd love to be a college lacrosse coach one day. I always want lacrosse to be a part of my life in some way because of how much I love to play!
