I picked up a stick my freshman year and haven't looked back. I was our starting varsity goalie my freshman and sophomore year. I was ranked second for goalies in conference, as well as top 25 in the state. I recieved "Defensive Player of the Year" award, as well as bringing FVHS their first shutout in my sophomore year. I am extremely aggressive and have pure determination for my sport. I am comfortable with penalty shots and am the strongest in saving crease rolls. I can clear the ball past the mid-field line. I pride myself in my consistent clears in addition to my swift reflexes and direct movements to stop the ball. I played in the summer league for AFA my sophomore year, but realized that I have a passion and want to play at the collegiate level. I moved to Ultimate Lacrosse and couldn't be more grateful for the bonds and the opportunities I now have with this team. I take my academics just as seriously as my athletic career. I hold a gpa of 4.03 , and my curriculum consists of honors and AP courses, as well as, college courses at wake tech. I am the representative for my school's National Honor Society, and am a part of our Science Honors Society and Key club. I love to be involved around the community and volunteer at our local barn called Horses 4 Hope. I try to be active as much as possible in and off season. I train every day whether that be conditioning or stick skills to be my absolute best, not only for myself but for my team.
