Recruit Profile
Adaptable student-athlete with a growth mindset. Self-disciplined and driven, with a deep knowledge of technique and style. Quick, focused, and strong.

Lacrosse has been a great part of my life since the summer of seventh grade. After leaving year round swimming, I wanted something more deep in technique and skill. Ever since I picked up the stick that year, I've loved it. For two years I played on my local club team (Winston-Salem Lacrosse) and gained lots of experience going to tournaments all around the southeast. When I first came into high school, lacrosse was an easy fit into my life. I was maintaining academic excellence (12th in my class), artistic pursuits (Guitar), and athletics. After my freshmen year, I decided to make more of my after school life and make my own club at my school, Outdoors Club. With 60+ members we are the 3rd biggest club in my 4A High School (RJ Reynolds). Although I consider myself a well rounded kid, my main focus is and always will be Lacrosse. Lacrosse at my school is a very rigorous program, with 2 players committed to college already (Hopkins and Wingate). Getting the opportunity to start on my team this fall under the coaching staff Of Piluso and Price (current High Point lacrosse players) was a great experience. I'm hoping to pursue the collegiate experience where I am challenged in my academics as well as dominating at the X. Playing in college is a top priority and I work at it every day.

Jamie Piluso

Dec 1, 2014

My name is Jamie Piluso, I am the current Faceoff man for High Point University, a division 1 program in North Carolina. I coached Joe Faullin the fall of 2014 and witnessed him tear through every competition that was thrown at him. Great kid, even better faceoff guy!
