I started playing lacrosse in first grade. By the end of the first practice I had volunteered to play, and found a home, in the goal. In those days, I played the first half of the game in the net and the second half at midfield. By sixth grade, I was playing goal full-time for West Coast Starz and our Middle School team. We won the San Diego County Middle School Championship in 2014, and I was selected as San Diego County Goalie of the Year in 2014 and 2015. Years of experience playing quarterback, point guard, and goalie, have helped make me comfortable managing the game, and one of my strengths is taking care of the ball.

Although I just completed my third year on Varsity, 2018 was my first year as the starter. I backed up an outstanding goalie (now playing D1) my first two years, and learned a lot. Last year I logged over 900 minutes in 20 games and helped our team earn a spot in the CIF San Diego Championship game.

I enjoy the science and engineering classes I've taken, and I'm leaning toward a major in civil or mechanical engineering.

When not playing lacrosse or basketball, I spend a good deal of time coaching and mentoring elementary school kids. I also like to go boating, wake boarding, or playing virtually any sport with my friends. Last summer I worked several weeks on an extensive restoration of a 1912 historic home for my sister. I am extremely grateful for my family, friends and teammates.
