Buzzard arrives in Elkins following a stint at nearby Alderson Broaddus, working with the men’s lacrosse program as an assistant coach since 2019.

He also coached with True Lacrosse Pittsburgh since 2019 in addition to his work with the Battlers.

Buzzard worked at Trinity High School as the head varsity coach from 2018-19 and served as coach and assistant director of Ultimate Lax Pittsburgh from 2016-19. He worked for several seasons as a coach and program director for North Hills Youth Lacrosse from 2015-18.

Buzzard served as a member of the United States Air Force from 2012-18, working as a crew chief and vehicle control officer. As a crew chief, he worked as the team lead on multiple deployments and supervised major inspections.

He earned an associates degree in aerospace engineering from Community College of the Air Force.
