Recruit Profile
Very coachable, hard worker at practice, conservative, disciplined, good Lax IQ, 3-sport athlete. Ground ball machine, can clear the ball and play-make. Versatile. Able to play LSM & SSDM.

I began playing lacrosse at 11 years old in 6th grade. I played recreational for a year before I went to play for my local travel team. I was the best defender on that team and scored a bit as well. I played for my first club team at 13. I played club for a year where I wasn't very good and wanted to get the most out of my raw talent, which is why I then tried out for Thunder Lacrosse Club, which is no longer together, coached Don Reynolds, the head coach of John Carroll. Coach Don was a role model for me. But I didn't make the team at first, but Coach Don invited me back because my best friends dad had called him and asked him if I could try out again. The reason I got cut was because I just wasnt the best and wasn't working hard enough. The second try out was a different story. I worked my ass off and made the team even though I wasn't the best. Then through practice and running 300s everyday, I lost weight and became a way better player and switched to LSM. I played two seasons, and in the second, I started every single game at LSM guarding the opposing teams best midfielder. We had gotten 2nd in almost every tournament we played. In high school, I had made varsity as a freshman with a lot of competition and eventually would start on defense as a freshman over all the seniors, juniors, and sophomores in our first and only scrimmage. That fall of 2020, I tried out and made True Lacrosse. We played a tournament where I had started every game. This spring I had made varsity again and was our second best defender, I played two less games because of an eye injury but I was still third on the team in ground balls. And that leads up to this summer where we had lost a lot but I became a better lacrosse player and teammate because of it. And that's my lacrosse story. I play basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, and video games in my spare time. I am in all honors and AP classes and carry a 4.375 weighted GPA in my junior year of high school.
