Hard working, team player who always puts in the work - on and off field. Multi sport athlete loves Lax, golf and track in that order. Always shows up.
I have been playing lacrosse since elementary school starting with local leagues and PAL. I have been playing with the Long Island Jester's lacrosse club since 4th grade and grown my abilities and relationships along the way. I currently play defense but have played in other positions when my team needed me to. As a sophomore, I made Varsity at my high school, Our Lady of Mercy Academy, and started in every game. In addition to lax I also play golf competitively and belong to the local LPGA young women's group as well as volunteer to teach younger girls the game. I also love cross-country and winter track and have played volleyball and basketball intermurally. I attend an all girl's school where I am the first and only female drummer so I play in all the bands - pit, orchestra and jazz. Additionally, I participate in a special program babysitting for families that are challenged with cancer and need help. I volunteer regularly at our local church where I attended elementary school and have been a vacation bible school counselor every summer since 5th grade. This summer I did an extra course in bio and have been interested in genetics so I am looking forward to studying nursing.

Nick Posner
Julia is one of the toughest and most competitive players in our league. Julia plays very physical and does not back down from a challenging matchup. Julia's strong stick skills are extremely helpful in transition and her agility and strength enable her to matchup against both attack and midfield.
Jerry Caramelli
Julia’s work ethic is second to nobody - always the first one to practice and the last one to leave. Her play on the field is one fulfilled with heart and desire making her a force on the defensive side of the field. Tremendous teammate on and off the field.
