Kailah Greenberg
Recruit Profile
Team Player, Great Lacrosse IQ, Aggressive, Multi-Sport Athlete, Honor Roll Student, Hustler,
The first time I played lacrosse was at a mini-laxers camp when I was 4. I was the only girl there and the coach did not have a women's sticks for me to use. My parents bought my first lacrosse stick that night. It had a pink head and flowers all over the shaft. Ever since then, lacrosse has been an immense part of my life. One of my best qualities, on and off the field, is my effort and leadership skills. I am always trying to improve and be a better player and help my teammates play to the best of our ability.
In school I push myself by taking challenging classes and am very passionate about Science and Math. In 2019, I was selected for, and attended, the Harvard Summer Pre-Med Academy. Other than lacrosse, I also play Field Hockey and Alpine Ski Race for my High School. I have been playing Field Hockey since 7th grade and I have been skiing my whole life. As a freshman I was a Dual County League All Star and the league Rookie of the Year for Alpine Skiing. As a sophomore I was a Dual County League All Star, and was selected as a member of the Massachusetts State Ski Team for Eastern High School Championships. I am also a member of the NHARA state team and a two time Boston Globe All-Scholastic.
I volunteer and ride in the Pan Mass Challenge (PMC), a 2 day bike ride across Massachusetts to raise money for Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Additionally, I help coordinate the local Kids PMC ride and I volunteer for the Princess Charlotte Project. I was awarded the Presidents Volunteer Service Award at school for all my volunteer work.

Mae Shoemaker
I have coached Kalaih in both Lacrosse and Field hockey. She is an incredible athlete, very driven and is always eager to learn and improve her game. She is strong defensively with good instincts and stick skills, but can also transition easily to offense as needed.
Meredith Prior
Kailah is an instinctive defender that can also carry and move the ball through transition to attack. She is communicates very well and takes away the 1v1 drive to goal. She has numerous takeaways a game on cuts or seeing off ball. She sees slides well and is always coachable.
