Lapham was named a Women's Lacrosse and Field Hockey Assistant Coach in March 2021.

Lapham graduated from Colby-Sawyer College in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts: Graphic Design. She spent the past year as the Medway 7th and 8th grade field hockey head coach.

The Medway, Mass. native turned in an illustrious collegiate career as a student-athlete. Lapham, a four-year member of the Colby-Sawyer field hockey and lacrosse programs, won the 2020 Outstanding Senior Female Athlete Award which is given each year to the senior female athlete who has demonstrated outstanding athletic ability over the course of her entire career.

In field hockey, Lapham is Colby-Sawyer’s all-time leader in defensive saves with eight. She was twice named to the All-GNAC Second Team. Lapham, a four-year starter and team captain, also excelled in the classroom with three National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III National Academic Squad awards.

On the lacrosse field, Lapham was the starting goalkeeper for her final three seasons. In 2018, she was the first player in program history to be named Defensive Player of the Year. She also added All-NAC First Team, NAC All-Tournament Team and All-GNAC Second Team honors throughout her career. Lapham, a two-time team captain, finished her career ranked second in wins with 22 and sixth in saves with 401 despite her final season being cut short after four games.

In addition, Lapham earned a combined four nods to the GNAC All-Academic Team.

When Lapham is not on the field, she is the lead interior painter at The Mom’s Painting Company.
