Coach Maxwell is the current head girls' lacrosse coach at Air Academy High School. She was a member of the 2012 and 2013 NCAA Division II National championship LIU Post women's lacrosse teams. She was named to the NCAA All-Tournament Team in 2013 and All-ECC First Team in 2014 and 2015. Coach Maxwell was also IWLCA North All-North Region Second Team and IWLCA All-America Third Team in 2015. She was a 4-year varsity starter at Cheyenne Mountain High School in Colorado Springs, accumulating multiple accolades and awards.
