Shaddock spent one year as an assistant coach at Williams College and two seasons as the head coach of Lycoming College. Additionally, Shaddock has made stops as the head coach at Medaille College and the assistant coach at Rochester Institute of Technology.

In her first season with the Ducks, Shaddock led Stevens to the Empire 8 Tournament Championship game. She also coached six All-Empire 8 Award winners in 2019, including Empire 8 Player of the Year Kyra Bednarski.

Shaddock has compiled a 51-34 overall record in her first five seasons as a head coach.
