Kathryn is a force on the field. She is strong, tough, feisty, smart and has amazing size that she knows how to use effectively. She is a leader on the offense and is a great teammate. She has great vision and knows when to take advantage of open lanes and is really hard to stop. Kat has been a great asset to our team and is someone that all of our coaches love to be around!

Kathryn has been a starting midfielder for both the nationally ranked teams Ultimate CC Blue 2024 and Ultimate Elite 2024. There is one word to summarize Kat's top strength and what she brings to the team: INTELLIGENCE! Kat has a high lax IQ; knowing the next pass, knowing when to cut, where to place the ball on a draw, who to pick up in midfield transitions, etc. She is a smooth/finesse type attacker; making calculated 1v1 challenges, can see the draw and dump, and leading the offense. Kat uses her height to her advantage during self draws, back checks, and receiving the ball in the middle of the 8. Any coach would be lucky to have a player as dedicated, smart, coachable, and well-rounded player such as Kat Harding.
