My name is Kaylee Munster and I am a dedicated 2-sport scholar athlete. I excel at both lacrosse and soccer with a current weighted GPA of 4.0. A member of the National, History and Spanish Honor Societies. I am a versatile lacrosse player known for critical play-making and exceptional speed. I pride myself on my agility, attitude and lacrosse IQ. Since I was 9, I have played lacrosse gaining experience at attack, midfield and defense. However, I love to play midfield where my speed and endurance are put to the best use. I aspire to play at the collegiate level.
As a sophomore I earned a varsity starting position on defense with a very talented group of girls. We are ranked 12th in State of NJ (as of April 12, 2019) and I was nominated team captain for being a top defender. As a freshman I started JV and led my team in draws. Currently I play for Ultimate NJ 2021. I was captain of my middle school lacrosse team and received Offensive Player of the Year award. I have also been named MVP for my community club team. I am aggressive and have good instincts on the field. I play striker in soccer for my high school varsity team. I am beyond proud to say we won the state championship last year and finished 22-1. As for my club team I am the captain and leading goal scorer with 40 goals and 15 assists over 2 years. I have received numerous MVP awards from my team and other competing teams at various tournaments along with Most Outstanding Female Athlete in 2017. No matter what sport, I am very coachable and strive to be the best teammate I can be. I try always to be a good role model and supporter. In addition, I am a volunteer lacrosse coach for Junior Dragons, (my community team), a soccer referee, volunteer at our recreational soccer league and lead other community based donation programs for HomeFront where we have collected, made and donated over 270 Easter baskets in two years and over 80 prom dresses for Cinderella's closet. This year over 30 young ladies received new dresses.
