My lacrosse passion started in 2nd grade. I am a varsity starter, I can shoot lefty and righty in all corners, I love to play defense in my territory and create turnovers so our team can gain possession and score. I am a true attacker and love to feed line drive passes to my offense. I am known as a TEAM player and am very coachable. I have 36 goals and 22 assists which includes a hat trick to help my team win the county section championship. I just made the Apex 60 All-Star team at the summer finale showcase! I played with the Mad Dog National team last summer and we won the Gait Cup! I also played with the Athletes Unlimited Futures NJ select team last summer, what an amazing experience learning from the AU pro players! I am an honor student. During the off season, I play Varsity Volleyball and work with a strength and agility trainer 3 days a week. I volunteer during my off time training and taking care of rescue horses. I also assist with coaching recreation youth lacrosse. I have a 4.0 gpa.

Lex Haarmann
Keira is an aggressive attacker with a powerful shot. Her high lax IQ makes her a threat both with and without the ball in her stick. Keira is hardworking and extremely coachable making her an asset to any team she plays on. She has a very strong shot finishing with both hands with power and accuracy. Keira is truly the definition of a team player.
Missi Holland
Kiera is a deceptive attacker with a strong lax IQ. She is able to assess the defense quickly and see the "next" play which allows her to make deceptive cuts and feeds. She has a powerful shot and uses the crease to her advantage. Her power and precision make her a standout shooter. Kiera is a coachable team player who is always working hard to improve different facets of her game!!
Sue Montegari
Keira is a strong attacker with a flashy stick. She loves attacking from the crease and elbows of the 8. She reads the defense well and often finds the backdoor cut on a defender. She has very well placed and strong shots, with good fakes that throw the goalie off.
