Versatile, coachable and motivated team player with high lax IQ benefiting from experience playing competitive lacrosse, soccer, and basketball for Texas and Connecticut teams.
Growing up in New Canaan, CT gave me a solid lacrosse foundation. In high school (Austin,TX), I shifted from a competitive 3-sport athlete to focusing only on lacrosse. This past spring I led my 6A High School team to its 1st playoff appearance & was named MVP. Along with that, I led my team in season Goals (43), Assists (20), C/T (32), GB (76) and I was named a D1 All-State Midfielder. This summer I competed for the US National Team (TX), American Select (TX), as well as GRIT tournaments, showcases, and ID clinics around the country to support my goal of playing D1. I apply the same determination in the classroom as I do lax, maintaining a 3.93 unweighted GPA. Outside of school, I volunteer at different nonprofit organizations such as the Central Texas Food Bank & Mobile Loaves & Fishes.

Kelly is extremely coachable and is willing to work hard on her craft both at practice and on her own. It is evident that she is a multi-sport athlete that has been able to incorporate skills from other sports (field awareness, footwork, competitiveness) into her lacrosse game. As a freshman, her role on the team steadily increased as the season progressed as she became a major contributor at multiple positions and on our draw circle. On top of all this Kelly is a great teammate; always positive and encouraging with the other players in the program.

Kelly is a natural athlete thats coachable and works hard. As a freshman she was one of our starting midfielders. Her ability to compete is what I love most about her. She always battles hard especially off the draw and for Gb’s. She will play anywhere and give it all she’s got. The sky’s the limit for Kelly with her work ethic, compete level, and determination. I am very excited to coach her again this season!
