Kristin Paolini

Kristin Paolini, ne Concordia, the head coach of the NCAA Division II Roberts Wesleyan College women's lacrosse program.

Appointed the fourth head coach in program history in July of 2015, Concordia spend the previous two season as an assistant coach at Roberts.

Finished the 2021 season ranked #7 in the Division II IWLCA Poll and ended our season in the NCAA Division II Final Four Semifinal game seeded #3.

Came home as East Coast Conference Tournament Champions and are looking to repeat again this upcoming season. We also finished up this past season with the ECC Attacker of the Year, ECC Midfielder of the Year, six conference first-team honorees, and four second-team honorees. Also, we earned two IWLCA All-Region First-Team accolades and two IWLCA All-Region Second-Team accolades.

Our program takes pride in our Culture. We have a team dynamic that values Respect, Commitment, Faith and Family. Our players consider each other sisters and have developed an on off field relationship that gives us the ability to keep each other accountable and push us to a competitive championship program. They have also developed off the field friendships that allow you to have that support system you need.

A 2012 graduate of Siena College, Concordia was the starting goalkeeper for her 4 years.
