Dedicated and competitive multi-sport athlete (field hockey) with a high Lax IQ. Natural defender, also plays midfield. Coachable and a team leader on/off the field. Great work ethic.

I started playing lacrosse in the 3rd grade and love playing. I am confident with both hands and take pride in doing the little things that make my team successful. I always work hard, play strong defense, and never give up. I work outside of team practices on my stick skills (dodges, shooting, and draws) and physical strength/conditioning/footwork. I play on the varsity field hockey team and also swim at a local club. I am an A student and plan to study biology in college. I am a member of the St. Stephen's Medical Society, Key Society, and Social Justice in Science clubs at school and regularly volunteer with non-profits in the Austin area. My favorite hobby is photography, especially nature photography. I won awards in January 2020 and 2021 for my photographs and I also have my own photography website (https://ksvahn21.wixsite.com/svahnphotography).
