Kroy Arnold comes to Swarthmore with a wide range of playing and coaching experience.

He most recently was the top assistant at Wilkes University, serving as the offensive coordinator. He co-owned and was the defensive coordinator for Spirit Twins Lacrosse from 2019 to 2021, where he also set up camps and clinics for youth lacrosse players. Additionally, Kroy coached for both Primetime Lacrosse and Boston College High School.

Arnold played lacrosse at Onondaga Community College for the 2015 JUCO national champions. After OCC, he played defensive midfield at the University of Massachusetts-Boston where he was named team captain in 2018 and helped the squad to the Little East Conference Championship for the first time in school history.

Arnold graduated from Syracuse with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology in May 2021.
