I compete on the varsity field hockey, squash, and lacrosse teams at Greens Farms Academy. I have been a starter for varsity lacrosse since 8th grade and I am one of three female athletes to receive their varsity sweater as a sophomore. I co-chair Horizons working with underserved students to help them close their educational gaps I am a certified EMT, and I am currently in the interview process to start volunteering. I am proposing a science research project focused on how environmental factors affect Alzheimer's disease in drosophila (fruit flies). Neurological diseases are important to me as my grandpa struggled with Alzheimers. I am looking to further my experience and interest in these areas in college. I am a high honors student and received the head of school distinction three of four semesters throughout high school.
