Lauren is truly a rare breed. A fabulous person on and off the field. When it comes to lax, Lauren prides herself on her work ethic. Lauren is tough, tenacious and a student of the game. She is a fierce competitor that enjoys winning. Lauren has excellent communication skills which makes her a terrific leader. Lauren is a joy to be around, she makes everyone better instantly.

Lauren is such a great player to coach. She is constantly seeking ways to get better and improve from the last play. She is a multi-sport athlete who brings high energy to every game/practice. She is a threat from anywhere on the attacking side with a fast first step and shot placement. Her speed and footwork are highlighted on defense and result in several caused turnovers to a fast break goal. Lauren is such a great teammate and a pleasure to coach and watch!!

Lauren Lam is a natural leader. She gains the respect of her coaches and her teammates through a ferocious work ethic and high level of desire to be Great. She is very unselfish but knows when it’s time to score. Great feet, great stick. Unlimited potential.

Lauren is an extremely gifted player. She is a strong and speedy attacker. Lauren has one of the quickest releases of any player and incredible stick skills. Lauren is a great athlete but also a great person who is so much fun to coach!

Lauren is a very strong, high level attacker. She has very good stick work and really high lacrosse IQ. She can drive and feed from any where and has a really powerful shot. Lauren works hard every time she steps on the field and is extremely coachable.
