I started playing lacrosse in fifth grade and I've been on my club team for five years. I absolutely love the sport and I love being part of a team as some of my best friends are girls I've played with and have competed against. Last spring, we began a training program (CrossFit) at school and I love it! Our trainer really challenges us and it has increased my strength and endurance so much. My high school is a smaller Catholic school located in Fairfield County so we play some of the best teams in the country (Darien, New Canaan and Greenwich). Most of our games are extremely challenging but it's great competition and has gotten me to be a much more competitive player. I also started both freshman and sophomore year and helped our team get to states both years. I love my high school and enjoy being on the student council so I am involved in a lot of the activities and community service projects. I just participated in the Powder Puff Football game at school where the juniors play the seniors. Representing my junior class, I played quarterback and wide receiver! I am in honors math and science at school and have consistently made the Principal's Honor Roll each semester. I enjoy photography and listening to all types of music from hip hop to country to rock classics that my parents listen to. My favorite thing to do outside of lacrosse and school is getting out on the water and hanging out with my friends.
